Start

It starts with a conversation, not a form.

Most people who write already run a company. Tell us what it is and what’s been on your mind. One email is enough to begin.

What to send

What the company is, and what’s been on your mind. That’s genuinely it. If you’ve got a site, send the link. If there’s a document that explains the problem better than you can in an email, send that instead.

Still an idea rather than a company? Describe the thought. You can write. This form defaults to the running company because that’s most of the work.

What comes back

A reply from a person, with what we’d do first, in plain words. If we’re not the right people for it, we’ll say that instead — it costs us nothing and it saves you a meeting.

If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation. For a company that already runs, that conversation is usually where we decide: a custom build from €10k (branding jobs are often less), or a Founder’s Audit. For a thought, it’s the same research under a different name.

What we won’t do

Put you into a sequence. There’s no drip, no nurture track, and no second email if you don’t reply to the first one.

Most conversations start here; the work doesn’t stop at the border.

Same inbox, fewer steps.

Whatever reaches us reaches a person. There’s no routing, no ticket, and no sequence afterwards.

This is about…

We reply from a person, usually within a couple of days. No sequence, no second email if you don’t answer the first. Drafts save in your browser as you type.
